Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are under the warranty of the manufacturer. To ensure the warranty conditions are valid, please thoroughly inspect the product during the cargo delivery. If you notice any damage, make sure to record a report and do not accept the product. Any modifications to the product, deformations, or alterations to its original design are not covered under the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If a product purchased from our website turns out to be faulty, you need to contact us through the online support section on our page within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the faulty product you send back to us via the courier company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the ordered product arises from customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, it will neither be returned nor exchanged. For conditions on product returns and replacements, the practices as per Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection shall apply.
